JOHN AYERS, CPA
John has been a self-employed tax and accounting practitioner since 1977. With
an M.B.A. in Business Administration, he has 30 years of teaching experience. John
is a member of both the AICPA and the NSA.

BRYAN GATES, EA
With 41 years experience in tax law, Bryan’s impressive resume includes two decades of teaching IRS practice and procedure to Enrolled Agents and CPAs. He is the initiator of the NAEA’s acclaimed National Tax Practice Institute, and the founder of NAEA’s EA Journal. Bryan has served NAEA in various capacities, and has received both of the organization’s most prestigious awards – the Founders Award and the
Excellence in Education Award. In addition, he has authored numerous tax-related books.

WAYNE HEBERT (A-BEAR), CPA
A tax and accounting practitioner for 26 years,Wayne has 25 years experience as an income tax lecturer. He holds a B.S. in Accounting and an M.S. in Taxation. Wayne is a member of the AICPA and the NSA, and is an associate member of the NAEA.

DAVID MELLEM, EA
David has 27 years experience in income tax preparation and 26 years experience in tax seminar lecturing. He is a partner of Ashwaubenon Tax Professionals. David also provides research/consulting services for Federal tax matters. An enrolled agent since 1982, he has a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Associate Degrees in Accounting and Data Processing. David is an active member of both the NAEA and the NATP.

MARY R. MELLEM, EA
Mary has 21 years experience as a Tax Professional and 14 years experience teaching tax programs throughout the country. She and her husband operate Ashwaubenon Tax Professionals. Mary holds a Bachelor Degree in Secondary Education from the University of Wisconsin in the field of Mathematics and Economics. In 1990, she received the Enrolled Agent designation. Mary is a member of the NAEA and the NATP.

JERRY RILES, EA
An experienced tax and accounting practitioner specializing in small business and individual taxation, Jerry has been self-employed since 1963. Enrolled to practice before the IRS, he has been an income tax lecturer since 1979. Jerry holds a B.S. degree in Accounting, and was named NAEA’s Speaker of the Year for 1997. He is an active member of both the NSA and the NAEA.

DONALD WILLIAMSON, CPA
Donald is an Associate Professor of Taxation and Director of the Graduate Tax Program at the Kogod College of Business Administration. In addition, he is a self employed practitioner focusing on tax compliance and planning for small businesses and individuals. Donald holds M.B.A., J.D. and L.L.M. degrees.
